Starting as a junior analyst fresh out of university, I climbed the corporate ladder through persistence and a love for learning. For the past 15 years, I’ve been helping professionals enhance their communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills through tailored training programs. My career has been fueled by a desire to see others excel and create meaningful change within their organizations. Based in Chicago, I balance my professional life with being a mom and a fitness enthusiast, often leading group runs on weekends.

Growing up in Istanbul, I was fascinated by the intersection of art and innovation. After studying graphic design and marketing, I worked with startups and multinational brands, helping them craft unique identities. My journey has taken me from small creative agencies to leading campaigns that reached global audiences. I believe in storytelling as a powerful tool to connect people, and my mission is to help businesses share their stories in ways that inspire action. When I'm not working, you’ll find me exploring modern art galleries or sketching in a quiet café.

After earning my MBA, I transitioned into coaching, focusing on empowering individuals to grow in confidence and skill. My work has impacted executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders across industries. Outside of work, I enjoy writing motivational articles and volunteering with youth mentorship programs.
